NCAAF FREE PLAY
Army vs. Navy
PLAY ON: Army +13
Arguably the greatest rivalry in sports, this is the one game where you truly can throw out the records, mainly because of the expectations. When they say records don't matter in the other rivalries, that is a joke. If a team with expectations is having a terible season, there won't be much difference in their motivation, even against their rival. Big number here. Close to 2 TD's. Army has had a disappointing season, and is on the short end in every stat, particularly the passing game. But the weather will be an issue, so that may not be as big a disadvantage as both teams will run more. Army has played tough in recent years, and I expect no different here.
NFL FREE PLAY
Cincinnati vs. Pittsburgh
PLAY ON: Under 41
Tough AFC North battle, which are usually physical ones that result in low scores. The Steelers are most likely done this season, but I expect them to play tough at home in this division game. Alot of pride on that sideline, particularly the defensive side of the ball. Look for both teams to try and run, as both are pretty solid against the pass, especially Cincinnati at 5.6 ypa, and weather could be a factor. Both teams are so-so converting 3rd downs, which usually result in a defensive, field position type of game.
Key points to a successful season:
· Never bet above your means
· Never bet with your heart
· Never bet more than 5% of bankroll on a single event
· Straight and flat bets only
· Measure success using ROI: Return per unit of risk (units earned/units risked)
Key Statistics to remember:
· 52.2% - Breakeven
· 54% - Good year (ROI – 4.4%)
· 56% - Very good year (ROI – 8.2%)
· 60% - Best bets (approximately 20% of plays)

· 56.2% Overall - (68 – 53)
· 72.2% Best Bets – (13-5)
· ROI – 11.2%
