2-unit NBA Freebie for January 8th-
Take Houston/New York Over 172.5
I know this looks like a high number considering the way Houston has been offensively but this is a good spot for the Over. I look for a much better game from Yao Ming and Steve Francis in this one as they should have plenty of open looks. There are some solid trends as well: Knicks are 10-1 last 11 on the Over, 5-1 on the Over last 6 home games, and 7-1 on the Over as a home favorite of 0-1.5 points since 2000. Let's take the shot here as both teams should be able to run more than usual.
