Boise St vs. Fresno St
PLAY ON: Fresno St -4
Key MWC game. The winner has an early grasp of the conference title. Fresno opened a 1pt home dog and is now a 3pt favorite. If Fresno wins, they have a chance to run the table and crash the BCS party. They have the team to do it, with 15 (7 8) starters back. They are solid at the QB position and in the secondary, and can generate a consistent pass rush on the opposing QB. This isn't your typical Boise St team. They got pasted by Washington in their first game, and it is clear this offense will struggle to be as productive as previous Boise teams with the inability to hit the big play. With only 10 (5 5) starters back, Boise could be in for a tough one here.
