Illinoist St vs Northern Iowa
PLAY ON: Illinois St +1
Opening round ov the Missouri Valley Confernce tournament. N Iowa won both meeting, including and 8 point victory in their last game. It isn't often college teams play each other in back to back games, but that is what we have here. Both teams finished the season hitting 43% from the floor, which a little sub par. Northern Iowa was terrible on defense, giving up 48% from the floor vs a respectable 43% for Illinois St. Plus Illinois St has the edge on the boards. Look for Illinois St to dish out a little payback and advance.
