Texas AM vs Oklahoma

Texas AM was one of the hottest teams to end the season, on the field and in the media. The layoff can do only one thing, and that is cool them off. They are a rhythm team, and their timing may suffer as a result. They are one of the top temas in FBS on 3rd down, converting 57% and giving up only 31%). And they have the player of the year, Heisman trophy winner Johnny Manziel. For a guy who barely won the QB job in the beginning of the season, he sure is enjoying the spotlight. Statistically, AM has a nice advantage over the Sooners, whose defense played poorly down the stretch. So all of this should point to an easy AM victory, right? wrong. This line seems a little fishy to us. The way the teams played to end the season, AM should be at least a TD favorite. So we will lean on the Sooners in the Cotton Bowl.
