    USC vs UCLA
    PLAY on UCLA + 4

A week early for this PAC 12 rivalry game and there is alot on the line. The winner most likely will win the PAC 12 South and have a chance to go to the Rose Bowl. USC comes into this game having a somewhat disappointing season, since they were preseason #1. But make no mistake about it, the Rose Bowl is always a major goal no matter how the season has gone. These two teams are the most penalized teams in the FBS at 9 per game, so it could be a long one. They are two evenly matched offenses, although you would be surprised to find out that USC is only converting 37.5% on 3rd down. They are also pretty evenly matched on defense, with the Bruins giving up a stingy 30.4% on 3rd down. Jim Mora has certainly put his stamp on this UCLA team. The Trojans aren't bad either, giving up only 37%. I like how UCLA has played over its past three games, so we will back the home dog in this game.

    Baltimore vs Pittsburgh
    Play on Under 41.5

Big game for both of these teams, as they need home field in the playoffs to make a deep run. The Steelers will be without starting QB Ben Roesthlisberger. If you look at the Steeler statistics, it looks like an easy under:

    Pass offense: 6.8 YPA
    Pass Defense: 5.6 YPA
    3rd down defense: 38%

If you look at the Baltimore statistics, it looks like an easy over:

    Pass offense: 7.2 YPA
    Pass defense: 6.9 YPA
    3rd down offense: 41%

Oddly enough, as good as the Raven offense has been, it only converts 36% on 3rd down. Pittsburgh as a so-so offense, but converts 49.6% on 3rd down. With Big Ben on the sidelines, I expect the Steelers to try and shorten the game thru the running game. Over the past three games, Baltimore's passing game has struggled a bit and their pass defense has played pretty well. This makes a nice play on the under.
