This game is being played at a neutral site in Reliant stadium. Houston is off to a tough start, but Rice is not a very good team. Their defense is awful: they give up 6.8 yards per carry, 8.0 yards per attempt, and 45.7% on 3rd down. We will gladly give up a TD or less to a team that plays defense like this
