Despite scoring 26 unanswered points in the second half of last Saturday's game, the Gamecocks dropped a disappointing 43-40 decision to Ole Miss on the road. Arkansas struggled defensively against Kentucky last time out, permitting the Wildcats 506 total yards to go along with 63 points. After failing to stop Kentucky on its first six overtime drives, the Razorbacks finally came up with the big play they needed in the seventh extra session when they recovered a fumble on fourth down.
