The Cards were 8-8 to the over last season, while the Bengals saw 10 overs in 2002. With Dillon healthy for the game, the Bengals have potential threats on both facets and should put up healthy numbers versus the weak Card defense. Jeff Blake has made a little noise with the Cards, they have already beaten the Packers and 49ers this season, they can score a few points also. We see this game easily in the mid 40's.
