One has to look at the Under as the only option in this matchup. Philadelphia's Kyle Kendrick has given up only 5 runs in his last 21 innings of work, and has given up over 4 runs only once in his last 10 games! Simply put...he has been phenomenal! Kendrick's last 4 starts have gone under the total.
Tim Redding for Washington has been even better. He gave up 4 runs in his last outing,,but only gave up 2 runs in his previous 18 innings of work. Redding has been an Under Pitcher this year...6 of his last 7 games have Sailed Under the Total.
Washington has had trouble scoring runs against good pitchers this year. While the book is still out on Philadelphia's Kendrick,,,it is hard to argue with the numbers he has put up this year. The only chance Washington has of winning this game is to have Redding pitch a gem. He just might do that.
Take the Under 9 -120 for 3-Units.
