  • July 21 MLB

    July 21st, 2007

For the third night in a row, my plays posted a substantial gain. I now will officially saw I'm on a roll, but I am well aware of the fickle nature of handicapping, and gambling in general. Friday's slate posted 7 wins, 4 losses and unit gain of 4.78. The flood has arrived as the season totals are 89-81 +21.91 units....new high's in both percentage and net units gained. Considering I play nearly 75% dogs, the 52.4 percent winners is what I am currently most astounded by. Continuing at this rate is impossible, but I will play this roll until it fizzles out.

Tampa Bay was the big hit on my card as they rolled the Yankees 14-4 as +220 dogs. Other winners included San Fran, Houston, Philadelphia, Minnesota, Baltimore, and runline winner on Boston. Losses for the session were Arizona, the Dodgers, Toronto, and Texas.

Another huge slate of games are on the Saturday schedule, and I have done the work to find the best percentage plays on the board. My confidence in my 'capping is high, and I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the hot streak while it still exists.

I was inquired upon, via e-mail, as to what I play on each game. Here is how I play the selections:
60 on underdogs (+100 or higher)
amount required to win 60 on the favorites
5 parlay on each league (2 parlays -- 10 total)
    2 parlay across the board
(hit an 11 teamer in 2001 that paid 8000+ on a 2 dollar bet)
I have had an 11-0 day in MLB five times in the past 8 years.

So, now that everyone interested knows how I bet....here are some plays to consider.

    Arizona (Owings) +150

    Washington (Bacsik) +105

    Cincinnati (Livingston) +130

    Milwaukee (Bush) -133

    Atlanta (Carlyle) -130

    San Diego (Wells) -122

    NY Yankees (Igawa) (-1.5) -110

    Toronto (Towers) -118

    Chicago (AL) (Danks) +154

    Los Angeles (AL) (Weaver) -112

    Texas (Wright) +119

The very BEST OF LUCK to everyone on their Saturday plays. Let's keep the old mo flowin'!
