Phils ace Kevin Millwood (13-9 with a 3.62 ERA TY) takes the mound and has been tough to handle lately, as he is 1-1 with 2.25 ERA in his last 3 starts. Also, in 18 career starts vs the Expos, Milwood is 10-5 with a 3.37 ERA. The Expos are 25-465 on the road this year and they are 10-22 on the road with the OU line from 8 to 8.5. Take the home town Phils as they inch closer to a Wild Card spot.
