Yesterday's results were pathetic to say the least. It would be nice if a blunder in the field would be to my benefit, but once again fielding errors led to a nasty night. Detroit allowed the winning run to score in a 3-2 loss via an error. While that was only one game, it would have cut the losses by more than half. Only can hope to rebound on Friday the 13th.
As many well know, the majority of my selections (around 75%) are on the dogs. Not every dog is a good dog...I am looking for the percentage play. Figure that almost every team in MLB wins between 40 to 60 percent of their games. 60% equates to 150 on the money line, and that should be the ceiling on playing a favorite.
In my experience the best time to play a team is immediately following a loss....but never fight momentum (a team either on a winning or losing streak. I am looking to follow the pattern and trun a profit with the following slate of games...
Washington -- Bergmann +135
Cincinnati -- Harang +140
Colorado -- Francis +130
Arizona -- Davis -110
Kansas City -- Perez +160
Baltimore -- Bedard -135
Toronto -- Marcum +130
Detroit -- Bonderman +100
Texas -- Millwood +170
The very BEST OF LUCK on your action today.
