I've never watched the show once in my life. Never.
Nonetheless, my play is:

Here's my thinking. Only one guy has ever won this thing (I looked it up) and when he won the other finalist was a guy. In the two years that a guy faced a woman in the final, the woman won both times including an upset last year. Again, I only know what I learned on the web in the last 30 minutes.
Everyone expects the guy to win. What they aren't considering is:
All men will vote for the chick.
Some women will vote for the "nice girl".
Add together all men and some women, you have an upset.
Of course, I have no idea what I'm talking about and will absolutely not be watching the show. Still............
If I hit this, I'll be posting my pick on the NCAA Lacrosse championship.
