A 3-3 day Sunday finished the week at a very profitable 36-22. Seattle with a win yesterday would have been verrrrrry nice BUT...on to a new week:
TONIGHT
ROCKS/SD (8)
SD has picked up the O lately and the Rocks can and have hit SD anyway. Not siding a winner but Chicon does give up his share of runs.
ARZ -140
This looks like a mismatch so before I attempt to make too much out it for a case the other way I will simply bet the obvious with the kid phenom Webb and hyper low ERA his last 10 outings and the Dbacks at home. Stros won 3 but vs a bad team.
TOR165/OAK-220 Parlay 1.33:1
Way too much wood to lay on Oak alone who should and already have dominated Texas. Plus the Jays at home super hot and the O's may or may not have Mora in the line up again. Should not matter as Daal gives up tons of runs and this is not the team to face for that.
Pitt +130
Mont has slid in 8 of last 10 and Pitt is a MUCH better team on the road this year than at PNC. They have really started to hit as well and Suppan should be able to hold down the Expos long enough for a win. Small bet here though.
D-RAY/NYY (U)8.5
Two pitchers who love to throw shutouts vs. each other. Would not even be shocked here to see a DRay win as Zambo has really stepped up his focus the several games. Rays with NO offense though should once again make Roger look stellar.
DODGERS +1.5 -200/ARZ -1.5 +150 parlay 2.75:1
Here's an oddball two team runline parlay that pays 2 3/4 to one with a very good chance to come in. The Dodgers do not get beat often like yesterday by more than a run and Arz should have their way with Houston. Something different for anyone interested!
