I am not shocked by any method as I was 35 years ago , from playing Iron Maiden [ very loud ] for days before a run , to stuffing sponges up a horses nostrils [ grand jury indicments in Louisville ] .
I have other site that shed light on how and when they handle these injustices such as fines , jail-time , revocation of license , bans for life , so on and so on.
It used to be strickly a pay-off , or drugs but they have to be very careful now days as to what and how they use it [ detection has come a long way ? ]
