Is today the day for ML Plays

I know a lot of teams are resting players,but there are some possible ML winners out there.

Possible:
Philly +155
GB+ 155
ATL +210
Indy+340
SD+165

Just wondering if anybody has any thoughts on these.These are better teams,but resting players.I wouldn't be at all surprised if a couple of these teams win SU.
