Winagain stealing picks

It has come to my attention that this guy might be stealing another guys picks. I got an e-mail from a friend of mine and he pointed this out to me. I then got an e-mail from the capper who posted the plays, William Conger has not yet replied. Sorry for being a drama king, however, if you are going to pay for picks, I think it should go to the guy/girl who is making the effort to post them....Take care!
