Question about the line tonite?

Has Miami gotten that much better in a week because they won. Last week they were getting 6/6- from St. Louis at home. This week they are only getting 7 from the Jets on the road. A month ago the Jets were giving Miami 7 at Miami. Maybe someone out here thats smarter then me can explain. Thanks
