And a suggestion, if you don't think you can get 100 sold, make it a $ 10 a square and double everyone up - that way once you get to 50 it will be sold out. It seems like you are pretty close to 50 sold already

I know I can sell 20 that I know of, leaves 80 that BC members will have to pull.
