I don't understand the line in this one. Maryland was 9½ at home Vs West Virg.

Maryland manhandled them and the game played UNDER.
Now on a neutral field, Maryland opens at -3 and 48 and has been bet to 4 and 51.
looks like some smart money on the total and smart money keeping the line down around -4
