I see that many good cappers here like #156 Penn St(-16) vs. Mich St. I have a very good capper that is not on this forum that also ranks PSU as a BIG pick today.
What concerns me is that I spoke to someone that is at the Stadium in Happy Valley; says it is snowing pretty good and that 16 pts is a lot to lay. Looks as if a lot of the money is going the PSU way. The line has gone from 14 to 16 quick.
I see this as a PSU blow out too but......would like to hear any opinions on this match up at 3:30 EST.
