Week 8 Titans Win
Week 9 Bengals Win
There are a couple of lines that look goofy to me, but if the Colts-STEELERS line comes out at 3.5 or 4.0, that would have to take the cake as Excel has the Steelers -8.0. The Colts were in a perfect technical setting Sunday night to trash the Patriots and didn't get the job done despite the return of KEY players on both offense and defense. There's more trouble than appears in Indy's camp, and it could be a very long day for them at Pitt...
STEELERS
Goofy line honorable mentions: Oakland and the Jets. Another goofy line is the Jags, but it's not that goofy in light of their opponent and a look at what the line would've been a couple weeks ago before the Jags lost two straight and the Lions put in a couple good games. Jags could roll despite the goofy line.
Speaking of rolling, I think perhaps the biggest blowout of the NFL season takes place this Sunday when the Chargers host the Chiefs. San Diego comes in at 3-5 and off a bye and is superior statistically. They are off two losses and looking to get back on track in the division game. The game has blowout written all over it, and it is made all the better by the Chiefs demoralizing last second loss to Tampa. Chiefs will still be uneasy after two straight close losses, and the Chargers will be fully focussed. Lay the wood...
Week 10 Line
CLE -3 over Den
HOU Pk over Bal
ATL -3' over Nor
CHI Pk over Ten
Jax -2' over DET (careful, line is bad but Lions stink)
MIA -7' over Sea
MIN -1 over Grb
NE -2' over Buf
NYJ -12' over Stl
Car -6 over OAK
PIT -8 over Colts
SDG -11' over Kc
PHI -1' over Gia
ARI -9 over Sfo
Offensive Yards Per Point: Last week 1-0 (Jets). Season 3-1. This Week: Packers, Steelers, Jets.
