Recap of yesterday was 6-2 including both double unit starred picks and the dog eat dog D-Ray hit for a Unit total of +7.11Units
Three day run Win/Lose is 24 - 5 and right at around +25 Units.( but remember I started the week at 2-4 & 1-5 taking some gut wrenching late game losses so that will drag the weekly down for sure.

Perez has alienated himself from the rest of the Dodgers and is in trouble. Been ejected in last couple of starts as well."After dropping his third straight start in Sunday's 3-1 loss to Anaheim, in which he allowed three runs and eight hits over six innings, Perez pointed the finger of blame at the Dodgers' offense." Don't be surprised to see the Dodg defense "laydown" until he's pulled.
Perez has struggled in his career against Arizona, going 2-4 with a 4.20 ERA in nine appearances, including eight starts.
DET +130 (MAROTH)
Maroth is 2-1 with a 2.70 ERA over his last three starts, including a 6-2 home victory over Toronto on Monday. The left-hander allowed two earned runs and eight hits over seven innings. Maroth is 2-2 with a 3.98 ERA in five career starts against the Royals.
==>Brad Voyles (0-1, 5.79 ERA). Looking for his first major league victory, Voyles was recalled from Triple-A Omaha on Thursday to take the rotation spot of injured right-hander Kyle Snyder. The right-hander had been returned to the minors after making his first major league start in Monday's 10-5 home loss to Cleveland in the opener of a doubleheader. He gave up four earned runs and eight hits over 4 1-3 innings. He also walked three and struck out only one.
SEATT -1.5 @ -125 (MOYER)
A huge pitching mismatch between Moyer and Thompson...Mariners should revenge last nights loss in a big waywith the "Ace vs. Hack" pitching duel.
EXPOS +129 (VAZQUEZ)
Expos bats have been raging again and Maddux is grasping at straws to find his location. Over his past two starts, Maddux has allowed 11 earned runs in just nine innings. This is a small bet as Vazquez has had his down days too.==>
Vazquez has lost three straight decisions and has allowed at least three earned runs in five consecutive starts. He worked six innings Monday, giving up three runs and seven hits in a 3-1 loss to the New York Mets.
**PHILLY -160 (PADILLA)
I normally do not like laying chalk games like this alone but it is a good lopsided stat game with the starters especially with the close 2-1 loss last night and the Flor bats are quiet again. Brad Penney has fallen into his usual mid season slump but later will get hot again. Get him while he's cold!===>
Penny has struggled in recent outings, going 1-2 with a 12.33 ERA in his last three starts. On Sunday, he worked five innings, giving up nine runs and nine hits in an 11-7 loss to the Boston Red Sox.
Padilla on the other hand has been great against Florida.===>Padilla is 2-2 with a 3.13 ERA in 10 career games against the Marlins.
REDS -120 (GRAVES) INFO ONLY!! THIS LOOKED LIKE A GOOD BET TO GO WITH BUT WILL PASS AS FOR SOME WEIRD REASON "Old Man Tractor Trachel" owns the Reds!===>
Trachsel has won three of his last four starts, including Monday's 3-1 victory over Montreal. The right-hander allowed one run and five hits over seven solid innings, striking out three and walking two. Trachsel is 7-3 over his last 10 starts and has been the Mets' most consistent starter since beginning the season with a seven-start winless streak. He is 7-3 with a 2.53 ERA in 15 career starts against the Reds. GRAVES on the other hand is coming back on just THREE days rest which he claims he pitches better. I really think the Reds should win this at home.....So going to pass on this one.
*SF -230/CWS -220 Parlay 1:1.12 WAY TOO MUCH LUMBER to lay separately but I really like these two to cover with both their ACES going vs. two of the worst teams in both leagues. Especially with the CWS loss last night. Plus they are both going against arguablly the two most hittable pitchers for those bad teams. So I'll bite big! Long time since I had to shake my head and spit out the lure!
A LOT OF TEXT HERE but these are the ones I like today! BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYBODY!! GoldV
