Race 2
3- Caprock
The good news is this is his 3rd race off a layoff and he actually took the lead last time out @ 1/8 pole, but was beaten to the wire. The bad news he was a beaten fav. his last two and may be a short price.
7- Parisian Cowboy is a recent grad and should provide the pace.
Race 7
8-Eightysix it
Here is a horse from my watch list 2-back. I picked this horse as a result of a great turn time and middle move. Unfortunately last out he was entered for the turf but ended up with an off track. Looks to improve 6-1 ml is enticing.
Race 8
6-Sea Chest
Another horse from a list of horses I think is better then the the last effort. Horse shows a good work following a good effort.
Race 9
1-Touchdown Run
Besides a great name the 5th place horse from his last race came back and won at this same class. This is a wide open race. His high last out Beyer will probably hurt the odds but I'm hoping his step up in class will balace it out. The competition should come from the fav 3-Twenty One Cents who is stepping down a 2nd level.
Race 10
3-Crept Out
I was at the track for this horses only race. I was going to bet him to win when I was given a tip from a buddy to bet the eventual winner. The winner was a MONSTER. CO held his own for a bit evethough the jock lost his whip.
Race 12
6-Kohut
Another horse from my watch list, BUT I missed the race following his noteworthy effort. He ended up 8th....BUT BUT a look into that race I'm still optimistic. DRF listed the track that day as cuppy with a dead rail. Guess where our hero raced, on the rail.
7-Hackletons Cliff
Here's the class of the race. Again off my list. The winner of his last ran a 93 Beyer. The track that day played against front runner and HC is a front runner.
THIS RACE HAS A TON OF SPEED IN IT, BOTH 6 and 7 ARE FRONT RUNNERS. Conventional wisdom says find a closer but I will stick w/ my guns...
