Top of the Day :
First of all , I had a good day at Del Mar yesterday and managed to pull even with the tracks take-out . While on that subject I see griswold often refer to thier 14-17 % take and I feel humble when its compared to a national avg of 19-24 % at puppy tracks and needless to say that makes it very difficult to pull any bucks out of the fire on a long term basis .
Speaking of the dogs , Jacksonville last nite laid out a very nice gift to a customer of mine in the 7th . A signer of massive proportions that caused him to although never ask for , send me a nice little tip for my time and effort .
The moment was perfect (public-underlay) and he being very aware of the toteboards glaring over sights followed the plan to a Big T . As they crossed the finish line he already knew he was in for a big one but he never suspected he was on his way to "4" supers (3rd-7th-8th-14th) on the nite and a $7,585.60$ pay-out on a single ticket .
They call it the " Sport of Queens " for a reason
Longshots yesterday also had a lions share of good action also , added in where two calls of double pays (Won & Showed) in both , typical 25$ to Win (to even) 9$ for show ponies .
Duty calls and maybe I can get back early enough to toss some numbers around , you knows its my favorite type of play
