The other thing is, if you use any type of power sander the dust gets worse. Hand sanding, it pretty much drops straight down.

The new tenant doesn't show up to pay rent, and actually my night got worse from there. I have decided there is no worse job than finishing sheet rock. I sanded that crap for hours, then the shit is everywhere. I looked in the mirror and thought I saw frosty the snow man!
