Nex took some.water damage to his ceiling, siding damage too and still no power.

Man that sucks. Hopefully they get power soon. We finally heard from my aunt and uncle on Sunday in Slidell and they now have power and zero damage to the house. Sounds like Nex wasn't as lucky.

What a crazy fun weekend. Between going to the Vols game,race,Colbys football game,golf and BBq's this weekend wasn't relaxing but it sure was fun. I bet I didn't see 1 quarter of a single game this weekend except the Vols. This Saturday I'm getting in my recliner and not moving all day

Glad you are ok Jimmy. I got lucky and everything was minor damage. My power came on and hopefully stays on.
Nex is still out. He is staying with inlaws who have power or a generator.
It really sucks because today is gonna be over 100 degrees with the heat index !!!

So happy everything went alright with you and that you and the goats were save. Although my generator did very well, I think we will invest in one of those natural gas stand-by generators by Generac.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Sioux Falls police say they nabbed eight men in a prostitution sting.


Police on Thursday placed fictitious advertisements on an Internet escort services site. Eight men who responded were arrested for allegedly offering to pay for sex. Some of the men face two counts.


The suspects range in age from 26 to 63. Six are from Sioux Falls, one from Centerville and one from St. Joseph, Minn.


Police say the success of the sting makes it certain they will conduct more in the future.

What a waste of money. This is no more than a "stat booster." Must be an election year for the Mayor, Police Chief, or Sheriff.
