This is the worst possible AFC Championship game possible. On one side, you have the Jets and their pompous HC who thinks the team revolves around him and on the other, you have the Steelers and their thousands upon thousands of bandwagon fans. I never realized so many people grew up in Pittsburgh until I traveled around the country and saw all the Steelers fans.

I think this game is dundee...whoever wins these playoff games is covering so I don't see NE winning (and covering). Fuck, I hate the Jets.

This is how teams stay in games...interceptions, dropped passes, etc.

Not gonna say the refs cost Balt the game, but that holding call on the punt was a iffy.Originally posted by DBURGH View PostPenalties in the game:

Both teams had a big PI penalty that led to scores, the holding on the punt return was obvious. They still had the ball 1 st and goal at the 8 and couldn't score a TD when it mattered. Talk about penalties, look how many times Pitt was pinned in bad position by penalties on returns. Blame your defense for not being able to stop Ben on a 3rd and 19.Last edited by LVJimmy; 01-16-2011, 05:06 PM.

Steelers had the ball almost 9 minutes longer and barely won. Usually a team having the ball that much more wins more easily. Not saying Baltimore is better than Pittsburgh, but I do believe they could of and should have won that game.Originally posted by DBURGH View PostLook at this box score and show me where Baltimore was the better team? Piss poor calling by the Ravens OC. You don't run the ball 2 times in a row from the 7 yard line against the best rushing defense. And the receiver should have caught the ball for a TD.Originally posted by DBURGH View PostPenalties in the game:

As for the punt return the holding call wasn't obvious. On replay all they showed was the play from the backside. They had no other camera angles? That would have shown whether he clinched his hands on the jersey or if he didn't.
